Transformation succeeds when three disciplines successfully combine: business design, change leadership and programme management.

Successful transformation also requires leaders to adapt as their teams adopt new ways of working. Four conditions deliver sustained organisational change:

  • Align: remove as much ambiguity as possible; keep it simple.

  • Accelerate:  put a  talented and focussed team in place that makes things happen; smaller is often better.

  • Adopt and scale : build new systems, then use them.

  • Adapt:  you are changing how things work, so you need to change how you lead.

Ed Parker 

 

Ed is an experienced transformational leader and non-executive director with a 25 year track record in  top tier consultancies and systems intergrators including EY, PA Consulting, Sopra Steria, NTT Data and KPMG.

​​

 He is a proven and

trusted advisor to senior executives, politicians and clinicians. He has extensive experience of designing and implementing large scale transformation, technology enabled change and organisational development programmes across the public sector including local government, health, arms length bodies and central government departments.

 

He is a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC), an ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), an accredited expert in Business Design (Henley Business School), a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner, holds an MSc in IT Security (Distinction) and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
