Expertise
Transformation design, implementation and acceleration
Transformation succeeds when the design is right, delivery moves fast, and the organisation is engaged from day one. We design transformation programmes that deliver from the outset. We commit to make sure change is delivered and outcomes are achieved. Our expertise includes service redesign, technology implementation and organisational development across public services including social care, children's services, health systems, and corporate functions.
Client-side advisory
Strong client-side capability is what turns leading edge technology into improved outcomes. Suppliers bring resource, expertise and commercial drive and we bring that same strength and experience to the client side, helping public sector organisations get the best from new and existing technology suppliers. We support you across the whole life cycle, from vendor selection and contract negotiation through to delivery assurance . We improve contract performance, accelerate delayed implementations, and provide independent quality assurance on strategic implementations.
Information asset management & AI adoption
Public sector organisations are responsible for varied and sensitive information assets. We understand the value that can come from effective data exploitation and the governnance and safeguards that need to be in place. we help clients get the most from their information: consolidating fragmented systems, setting a realistic and achieveable AI adoption paths, and building data strategy that fits the technology and budgets you have.
Inclusive leadership
Inclusive leadership is the discipline that translates transformation into improved outcomes that are sustainable. Public services should reflect the communities that they serve and the evidence suggests that more inclusive and diverse organisations are more innovative and more resilient. Ed draws on his own experience coming out as a gay man after twenty years of marriage and his work with global senior leadership teams, to lead direct, practical conversations about the part everyone plays in building more inclusive, effective organisations.
